Led by David and Mark Rosa, our team extends beyond just the Rosa Family. We partner with a team of top notch subcontractors that meet our standard of professionalism and quality of work.
Meet David
David grew up working construction at an early age. Helping his dad on weekends or during summer break, he learned his way around nearly all the trades. Now specializing in project management, you’ll find him meeting with clients, working on estimates, and even working on-site.
After work David has his hands full giving his wife a break from schooling and raising their 5 daughters ages 3-9 (yes, there may be some twins in there!)
Meet Mark
Like David, Mark grew up in and around the family business. He works side-by-side with David on projects and handles all technical details by providing the expertise necessary to make sure nothing slips through the cracks.
Outside of work, Mark and his family of 6 spend time exploring the world around them, home-schooling, building positive family relationships, and participating at their local church.
Meet Al
Al started the company back in 1987 after working a number of years for other builders. He has always prioritized clients’ vision for their project and made sure they were happy with the end results. Although his two boys run the company these days, you can still find Al popping on and off the site doing a variety of jobs within the company.
Although he still participates somewhat regularly within the company, Al always finds time to get away and he enjoys vacationing with his wife in their RV.
