Newman Whole House Renovation
Built in the late 1800s, this house in Newman was frozen in time. Even the furniture was original! Like most old homes, it brought a handful of structural challenges. The end result was something true to the vintage but updated for functionality.
The Challenge
At well over 150 years old, this home needed to be approached with surgical precision. Not a place you can swing a sledgehammer around willy nilly. The layout of the space needed to fit modern living but we needed to match the original materials as best as we possibly could.

Our Solution
Every square foot of this home was touched by our team as we completely updated the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces.
We matched the original flooring, re-stained all the wood to match the original color, replaced all the carpeting, replaced all the windows, and matched the period’s textures.
The result was a functional but stylistically original home from top to bottom.
